What we collect

• The information you send us through the contact form — your name, business, email, and what you wrote about.
• Anonymous, aggregate website traffic data (page views, country, browser) via Cloudflare Web Analytics. This does not use cookies and does not track you across sites.
• Standard server logs (IP address, request time, user agent) which Cloudflare retains for short periods to detect abuse.

What we do with it

• Reply to you. That's it. If you ask a question, we answer it — usually within 24 hours.
• If we work together, we keep the conversation history so we can follow up properly. We don't add you to any marketing list without asking.

What we don't do

• We don't sell, rent, or share your data with anyone.
• We don't run ad pixels, marketing trackers, or session-recording tools.
• We don't use your data to train AI models.

Want your info removed?

Email hello@sconeai.com.au and we'll delete what we have, typically within seven days. You're covered by the Australian Privacy Principles — including the right to know what we hold and ask for corrections.

Working with us

If you engage us for work, the terms of that engagement live in the signed proposal or statement of work — not here. The proposal always covers scope, pricing, timeline, IP ownership, confidentiality, and how we wind things down if either side wants to stop.

Warranties

We do our best to keep this site accurate, but we don't guarantee it's perfect or always available. To the extent allowed by law, we provide the site "as is". Nothing here excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of New South Wales, Australia.

The short version

This site doesn't set any tracking cookies. There's no consent banner because there's nothing to consent to.

What we use instead

• Cloudflare Web Analytics — measures page views and basic traffic in aggregate without cookies and without tracking visitors across sites.
• Cloudflare Turnstile — runs on the contact form to stop bots. It uses a short-lived challenge token, not a cookie.
• Google Fonts — we load two typefaces (Geist and Source Serif 4). Google Fonts does not set cookies for this kind of stylesheet load.

If that changes

If we ever add something that does use cookies, we'll update this page first and add a banner asking before anything tracks you.
